I want to rent an apartment in my boerum hill brownstone. Should I list with more than one broker?
I have used one broker with success in the past. But now I am concerned since they do not respond to phone calls or text messages for the last three days and the office is closed in the daytime. Is there a multiple listing service or are the listings exclusives?
