I'm looking for a rental in the West Chester vicinity with a garage, can anyone help?
1 bedroom, house/townhome or appt. Garage preferably attached. In the 900-1000/month area if possible (I know it could be a stretch but give you can give me a spread). Move in sometime before Mid-september. I would prefer closer to downtown WC but as long as it's in the vicinity (exton/malvern/etc.) that might work.

Ok, so most rentals in the West Chester School district with a garage are in the $1600-$2000 range. There is one that is $1150 and one that is $1350, both have 1 car garages.
