I live in upscale, beautifully decorated home, landscapped, acree plus, near horses, Cleveland Clinic, Nova Univversity, FIU, Univ, of Fl, BCC, FAU nearby.  Furnished, golden retriever, cat.  Looking for female, fulltime job, or full time grad student, clean, non smoker, non drinker to share home.  Am listing on Craigslist, roomate refs. all want money and only get scams.  Any suggestions??
