Two bedroom, two bath, spacious and comfortable, but not fancy. On one of the three golf courses. Renters would have to get their own golf membership, but it could be worth it if the rental is long enough.
List it with a Realtor to get maximum exposure. Classifieds and Craigslist or even right here Trulia will work to get leads also
Hi!
As my colleague first answered you will probably get unqualified responses from public sites. Most, if not all, club rentals are handled by Realtors not only because we are able to field the responses but also because we handle the intensive work involved with the condo or HOA associations as well as the membership office of the club.
Without seeing your unit (view, condition, furnishings) you might expect to get at a minimum of $3,000 per month on a seasonal rental and less per month on an annual basis. I might add that annual rentals rarely take place in club communities.
Hunters Run past policy was to allow a tenant to choose the type of membership -- golf, social, tennis. One would need to check with the membership office to see the current rental policy rules & regulations including the fees for transfer of the membership.
I am associated with Lang Realty and as an introduction to the firm we have been designated as the preferred brokerage for several of the area's finest clubs including Boca West, Broken Sound, Aberdeen.
Please contact me if you need further help and advice.

Hi Vicki in Denver,
The first thing you want to do is check with your association to find out if there are any rental restrictions. I have a great amount of experience in dealing with rental properties, tenants required to purchase their own golf membership doesn't seem right. I agree with Chris that Craigslist is a great way to advertise however make sure you pre qualify and always run credit and background checks. I have included a link below to postlets.com You can create a professional looking ad to post on Craigslist and also post on 20+ other sites and it's FREE. If you have any additional questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact me at your convenience.

I have always suggested Craigslist as a free way, however, you get a great deal of unqualified traffic. You may want to use public real estate sites for a month and see how it goes. After that, try an agent to list.
