care of the property as if I owned it. I have recently found several rentals I am interested in, but can't get ANY property management company to return my calls or e-mails. I would like to know what the solution would be. I did go to one when I had a little time, but the rentals listed on the internet were no longer available. Some of these management companies are quite a distance from the actual rental and I don't have time to drive 45 miles to get someone to talk to me. Any ideas?
I have a home in the same area...It is available for the rent..Please contact me pharmche1112@aol.com.
Thanks everyone for all of your help. I decided to take the first home I was able to see. Surprisingly, the 3 other major companies that I had left at least 8 phone messages and several e-mails with, have yet to contact me. I tried for 10 days to get a response from any of them. Hmmm, I wonder how their property owners would feel about their lack of response? I will be buying a home in the next year and you can bet I will not be using any of them. However, you can count on me remembering all of you that were so eager to assist.
Thanks again!

Thank you everyone for your answers.
Yes, I do want to live in the Disney area, but do not want to travel I-4. We were planning to buy (already pre-approved), but decided to wait. We currently live in Village Walk at Lake Nona and would like to stay in this community, but our rental is being sold. I work near the Convention Center off of Universal Blvd and would consider something in that area too (gated cmmty). We are looking for @ 1700-2100 sq ft, 3 bd/2 ba w/2 car garage and a pool. We have no children, but do have a cat. Would like to pay @ $1300 - $1600/month.
Thanks again for the offers to assist.
Hi Kay, are you looking in the Disney area? Here is a link that may be helpful (across the street from Disney).
Hi Kay,
I am assuming you are seeking a South Orlando property. E-mail me back with your contact info and your criteria, size of home, bed and baths, locational requirements, budget, do you have pets, when you would like a lease to start and we will do our best to help.
Sincerely,

I have a great loft 2/2 condo for rent in the MetroWest area. It will be available in about 2 weeks. It's about 1200 SF and has a loft and lots of light. It's about 20 mins to Disney. On the other hand, why don't you buy one? They're so cheap right now, it's cheaper than renting!
I can help you rent and send you searches by e-mail. What do you want to be located by and what is your criteria, rooms, pool, beach access, clubhouse, amenties?, home, condo, townhome, etc?
