I am looking for a 2/2 condo rental at either Canal Pointe or Colonade Pointe. Are cats allowed?

definitely not allowed and definitely a rule that has been and likely still is being broken. That said, landlords would never allow a tenant to have pets when not allowed by bylaws. This would open them up to fines from assoc and grounds for a suit from tenant. (often they dont allow in sfd homes where would be allowable)

Good Evening Sld78,

No, I am afraid not. However, To be honest, I have seen a few units who "Harbor their cats." You can read the rules and regulations hand book at http://www.canalpointe.org. (Same rules apply to Rentals) You will also find the latest newsletter as well. Hopefully their website will assist you with any additional questions.

Hi Sld78,

Sorry,.......as per the association rules & regulations :-

""Animals of any kind are not permitted to be kept in any unit or anywhere else upon the property. This includes visiting pets. ""

Please feel free to contact me regarding other communities that do allow pets.
