If you do not need a house, there are many, many condos that are arranged with four bedroom suites, they share a common kitchen and living area. They were built in abundance in the last 15 years for parents to buy, have their child occupy one unit and rent the outher three. If that fits, you have a huge selection. If not, there are a good number of rental houses.
