How much should I rent my townhouse for?

It was built in May 2007, has hard wood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances. Two bedrooms with an additional room which can be used as an office, spare bedroom, laundry area, etc.

It will depend mostly on 2 things. Location and square footage. If you can provide that for me, I might be able to get you a better estimate.
