Any Realtor can supply you a list of properties that the owner has already indicated that they will entertain government subsidies. This does not guarantee that an applicant who has a voucher from the Housing Authority will be accepted, nor does it imply that those properties who did not indicate their willingness to entertain subsidies will not accept Section 8 clients.

Just ask a Realtor to send you a list after you provide them the locations, number of bedrooms, etc., and how much your voucher will pay the landlord. This is not the total amount of your voucher, because that includes utilities.
