Horse Farms For Rent Near Fort Collins, CO?
I have a relative who is relocating to the area near Fort Collins. Are there any small horse farms available to rent in the area? Maybe a foreclosed or vacant property willing to rent until sold? They don't need a ton of space, just enough for 3 people, a dog, a cat, and 3 horses. They are looking for something immediately, so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Louis, Most of the homes listed with real estate brokers are for sale only. We rarely see where the seller offers a lease with option on MLS. You might try Craigs List or northerncoloradorentals.com to find a rental. The banks who foreclosed and own property usually do not rent the property. Good luck to your relatives.
