I would get a reference letter from my previous landlord. People have thier own opinions of what Secion 8 means in terms of the damage to property. If you are a good tenant over come that objection with a referral.
In Georgia there is a repository of homes available to rent Section 8 with one of the Realtor Boards. Check with your case manager and find out if they are working with any agencies to help place people into homes.
