Hello,

There's a large corner property on S. Third Street in Jax Beach that used to be a restaurant (I think it was called Wakey Wakey) until a fire in the kitchen area and the sprinkler system did considerable damage and shut the place down. I believe the damage was fixed but the restaurant's proprietor decided to take the opportunity to move to A.B. and start a local place for fresh fish. . That property is now available for lease. When I go past there tonight I will get the exact address and the cross street and post it on this site.

However, I am all in for a new fine dining restaurant here in Jax Beach! We've needed something like that for a while and now places are closing! I'd especially like one that serves and stays open ater than 9:00 p.m.

My one question is I do not see a connection between a sports bar and a fine dining establishment. That's like wearing your favorite Nikes(or whatever!) and a black tuxedo! Sure, I know men do stuff like this all the time but it is very difficult to do it and do it successfully. I wish you all the luck in the world and count me in on the first available night!
