Have small dogs, how difficult is it to find rentals?

FIRST ANSWER
Sarpy county allows 2 dogs per household. You may find renters willing to lease if you have dogs but expect to pay at least 25% of the monthly rent for a deposit (that is the maximum allowable charge per Nebraska's landlord / tenant law - you can look that up online if you want!). We were considering renting out or home that is for sale at 21201 schofield drive in gretna - just west of papillion - and that is what I learned! good luck!
