Application fee is not refundable but didn't get service can i get my money back?
I applied for a lease and paid $100 application fee it's been two weeks and everytime I call the realtor he says that the application is still on hold that he hasn't heard anything from the seller. How do i get my money back...I'm now facing eviction at my current location because I haven't paid my rent. I have to pay $400 extra for being at my cuurent location for 2 weeks now. Can I get my money back?
