1. Credit check for scores, pay timeliness, foreclosures, etc.

Many things go into play in the rental market and there is much more subjectivity as owners may allow 550 scores and others may want 650 scores. Also, some don't give as much weight to a 580 score as they do pay timeliness over 12 months or current income.
