Normally if you have two years of good rental history after an eviction management companies will rent you a property. You may be required to put down a higher deposit though, for example, 2 months instead of 1 month security deposit. If you are looking to rent from a private owner, try craigslist. Hope this helps you.

Best next action is to ask a local Real Estate Broker by clicking "Find a Pro" in the main menu at the top of this website. http://www.naplesrealestateguys.com/

Craigs List would be a good place to start.

Have a fantastic day.

Hello,

You should be very concerned when considering renting from an individual, versus renting from a professional property management company. There are so many scams out there, and property owners who will take your rent, but not pay their mortgage, and you end up getting evicted.

Also, many property owners can be difficult to reach and deal with, especially if they are out of the area.

If you have verifiable income, acceptable income to debit ratio, etc, you can probably find a place. As the other agent said, you might be asked to come up with an additional deposit.

Please feel free to contact me directly carlrealtycenter@aol.com. I’ll be glad to research rental properties and send you listings.
