Probably not. It helps to have some sort of established credit history where you can show that you can handle credit but even if you do not each home is individually owned so you should be able to find a home to rent. Take the time to explain your situation in a letter of explanation for any potential landlords.

Hope this helps

No it should not be. Traditionally the landlord will run your credit, but job history and explanations of any bumps or bruises on credit also counts.

Age is generally not a factor.

It depends on how much money you make ,, How long have you been at your job, and do you have good credit.

the reason it is harder for young people to rent or buy a home is because They have less history, work, credit , rental

they just need to establish all of these tings as well they do not make as much money,

They just have not had enough time to do these things however it will happen,

If you are the young person trying to purchase a home are rent, hang in there pay your bill, keep a good job,

Good Luck
