Here are 2 Leasing Companies I refer people to for rental homes, etc.

Oneprop - Attention: Josh Farmer or Denise
Phone #: 405-748-0520
web site:

Premier Home Leasing
Office: 405-844-4110
Randy: 405-973-6510
Jessye: 405-361-6604
web site:

Both of these companies have their own properties and properties they manage for investors and absentee homeowners. Unfortunately, for those needing to lease in the Oklahoma City Metro area, including Edmond, the vacancy rate is 1% so rental properties bring a premium price right now.

Please stay away from Josh Farmer at onepropokc. He is a crook and a slum lord. I have never met a more disrespectful and crooked wannabe professional in my life. I would not rent from him if it was free. He has put my family through a horrible ordeal with a rental property. He thinks he is better then everyone else and tries to treat his tenants like they are dogs. Trust me do not deal with him....

I would advise anyone to stay clear of Josh Farmer and ONEProp. Josh is a real jerk to deal with.

The Sunday addition of the Oklahoman is the best source for rentals.

Good Luck,

You can Google "Property Management Oklahoma City" it will give you a list of companies that handle rentals in OKC. They will have rental listings available for you to preview on line.
Beware of Craigslist ads, there have been numerous scams lately.

If you should decide you are interested in buying a home, I'll be glad to help you find one.

Best of Luck and Welcome to OKC!

Bridgett Wells
Keller Williams Realty

Tell them David & Charlotte Greganti gave you this information.
