Looking for an three to four bedroom house in Philadelphia, pa

Me and my boyfriend are looking to rent an house to rent or rent to own. We got monthly is 1452 per month. When we add our incomes together. So we been trying to find an private owner because when we go to real estate agencies the always want an application fees and we dont have that at all.

If you you don't have funds for an application how are you going to pay the move in cost ? Thee cost are mainly three months rent

Hi Nakisha, sorry Application fee is Necessary for Backround check, They usually check 1 of your 3 c Credits, Criminal record ( if any ) and any records of Eviction from City Hall.

Its a Normal formality.

since typical monthly rent shouldn't be more than 1/3 of your income it appears you may qualify for a $500/ month rental if you have no evictions. verifiable landlord history and satisfactory credit and background checks. best of luck to you

Be aware that rent to own can be risky and one could stand to lose a bit of money, therefore inform yourself well beforehand, and do consult with an attorney who specializes in real estate. Rather, if you haven't done so yet, visit with any licensed loan officer and see if you can buy outright--information is free.
