If you just started a job and am trying to rent is there any way people look past time on the job if you have rent, security deposit or move in fee,

Yes you can overcome this. Provide your landlord with your paystubs or letter of employment showing your income. Provide more rent up front if you can - for example 2 month's rent. Provide a Lette of Explanation.

Certainly. Typically you can give them your offer letter from your new Employer and provide good rental references from your previous landlord and employer.

Most landlords will be fine with several months rent as extra security. Just be up front about your situation. Good luck.

Get a letter from your employer of HR department stating that your prospects for continued employment are good. You could pay extra security deposit. If you have good credit, it will be much easier.
