I see more fake listings than real on Trulia, why is this and is there a way to email / notify Trulia about these fake listings so you pull them

Yes there is similar reports of lots of fake rental listings. the problem is Trulia is letting anyone post ads. they need to extend their policy as in homes for sale, to only let licensed agents and brokers post rental listings, it would eliminate a lot of these scams. When you see one, click on the flag to report it.

Well, why do you think some of the listings are ''fake"?
anyone can post a listing on trulia. It can be for sale by owner, or posted by agent manually( since Trulia did not pull it from MLS), or it can be a so called 'pocket listing' that is going to be listed very soon, or it can be the information from, realtytrack( those kind of 3rd party sites who try to generate business here).
In any case, you can flag any property, so trulia can check it out and remove if they need to.

Why is it you feel that one is fake? Normally the fake ones have very few pictures, but it could be. How do you know it is not a real rental listing?

When you run across one of these... up toward the top there is a "flag" button... you can flag them as suspected fraud. Trulia will then investigate, and if they find it to be fake, will delete them.
