For Rent in Austin>Question Details

Randi, Renter in Austin, TX

I am moving to Austin on September 1 from Chicago. I am looking for a 2 bedroom under $900.

We lived in the 78751 area before and loved it, but are not picky about the neighborhood as long as it's on the quiet side and has some access to restaurants, grocery stores, buses, etc.

The 51 is no longer in the $900 range for a 2 bedroom.
Depending on your standards of living, it may be slightly difficult to get all that you've mentioned here.

The absolute quickest and best advice I can give is to consider the E. Riverside corridor.

Its fast upcoming with new restaurants and standards in living while still affordable and near downtown.

I would lock in a 2-3yr lease if you can.

I work for JB Goodwin, and we do more leases than anyone else in Austin.

Give me a call, and I can send you a bunch of places in different parts of town. When you find one you like, I'll open the doors for you, and help you with the paperwork.

I do this all day, everyday.

Hi Randi!

I moved here myself from Chicago three years ago. Welcome back! I've enjoyed getting to know Austin like I did Chicago, and would love to help if you find yourself still in need.

Hey Randi,

I was going to pimp myself but I see some great Realtors Bryan and Paige emailed you as well. They also do great work so you should be well taken care of by them
