Looking for rent between $1200-$1400 preferably. Also, are there agents that can help us find a home?

You would require to look approx. 30 days prior to move in date of the home

Hi there -

The best time to start looking is about a month to a month and a half from the date you want to move-in. If you start looking much before that, no one wants to hold their home for any longer than that. This is a great time to be looking. New homes are hitting the market everyday. But the really nice lease homes are on the market for less than a week so you need to be ready to commit when you find a home you really like or be willing to take the chance of loosing it. My assistant and I would love the opportunity to help you find a home. We have been in the Plano area for 19 years and are very familiar with the market here. Please feel free to call or check out my website for more information on me and how I work. Looking forward to hearing from you.

I think it would be a good time to start now as it will give you a lead time to finalize things by the end of April. A lot of people relocate at this time of the year, prior to the start of the next school year, and rentals seem to go fast.

If you have any specific criteria - School District, Location, Price etc please let me know and I can help you find the listing that meets your needs.

there are about 4 properties (single family) in Plano that are listed as available in June

Most rental houses are for immediate move in, but there are some that will have a month or two out for the date available for move in. I would suggest starting to look 30 days prior to when you are wanting to move. If you are wanting to move by June 1st I would start looking at the beginning of May. If you need any help finding a rental property feel free to give me a call, email, or check out my website. My services are at no cost to you. I would be more than happy to help you out!
