Husband transferred to Nashville area, looking for rental HOME (not apartment) in Kingston Springs, Bellevue area.

Asked by Traceyszoo88, Nashville, TN Wed Mar 17, 2010

Do you know anything available in early to mid-April 2010? Would need home on one floor (no upstairs/downstairs), possibly with basement as long as washer/dryer on main floor. Thank you so much, any information would be most appreciated.

My husband and I are moving out of our home April 17 in Kingston Springs and would consider renting it. It's a 1400 sq ft 3 bed 2 bath modular home with a few stairs going into the house. All appliances except washer and dryer are staying. Email me at if you're interested in discussing this further.

Off the top of my head I only know about a townhouse right now but I could do some digging. Price range? Send me an email (info on my website) and I'd be happy to get looking for you.
