How much would be the rent on 1 bed/1ba apt at Abbey rd in Fremont be. Is 1250/month reasonable there? I

checked the rentometer but seems like it takes the whole zip code into account rather than a specific area within.

Hello Jattave,
The answer to your question is, no-$1,250./month is not reasonable.

Most 1 bedroom apartments/condos rent for $1,000. to $1,200. 1,250 would be a little high.
You can get an idea by also checking craigslist.com for rentals and you will see that there are hundreds available. You can find 1 bedrms as low as $900 in some areas of Fremont.
