Do you have a specific part of Jacksonville, or specific neighborhood that you have interest in? The rental amounts for a condo can vary drastically depending on the area.

Hi Mike,

Why Jacksonville? What has attracted you to that area? Best way to really find out is to be a mystery shopper and ask rental agents what they have got on their books. This can be done by phone or online.

Good luck, Mark

Good evening Mike,

Another way to get answers on rentals is to log on to This website allows you to plug in your rental info & see what like properties rent for in the same area. Usually, the answers are right on, so it's a pretty good indicator of what you could ask for your condo, or what you might hope to spend if you're looking for a condo.

Good luck & please call with questions.

Hi Mike,
It depends on what area of Jacksonville you are looking in. In the Southside area, a condo that size would be anywhere between $$600 - $700 and up. Here are a few alternatives under $800 per month. Let me know if you see something you like. Follow the link;,,1
