Hi San,

Condos in Yorba Linda are at an average of 1800-2500. There are some questions that would need to be aware of when searching for a condo to lease.

1. Do you have pets?
2. Will the Landlord be paying for gardener or water bill?
3. What kind of a deposit will be required?
4. Is the Landlord current on their property taxes and mortgage?

Please let me know if I can be of further service to you.

Do you want to buy if we could qualify you for half percent downpayment with a minimum 580 fico score? You can buy and pay a lesser payment on a mortgage and only $1,220 down for this one.

Of course, it depends on other details besides bed and bath count. If it's not one of the communities that was built since 2000, then you're probably looking at $1,700-$1,900. I work with some investors and that's what we've been seeing.

Best of luck!

San,

Rentals in North Orange County and more specifically Yorba Linda can range from $1.35 - $1.80 per sq. ft. The location, amenities and interior sq. ft. of the property will help determine where in his price point your question about this property can be more closely determined.

We work on lots of leases and have the knowledge and experience to help you. So, please contact us if you are interested in working with us. We look forward to hearing from you!

Hi San,

As the Realtors mentioned below, we would need a few more pieces of the search criteria before adequately placing a lease value on your townhome; location, upgrades, appliances, association pool/fees, sq footage, etc. From what I took from your given specifications only, I believe $1900 - $2100 would be a good start.

Good luck and please let me know if I can be of any assistance.

Hi, San

A 2 bed, 2 1/2 bath townhome recently leased for $1700/mo and there is one currently on the market for $1900 both with 2 car garages. There are many more condos on the market with the same criteria but you asked about a townhome.

Any more questions, just give me a call. Check out my website to see all the current leases available.

Hi San!

Would love to answer your question ... but it is impossible without more details. There is no general answer.

The rental price depends on the location, size, condition and amenities of the property. The name of the tract or street name would be very helpful. There can be a wide range of prices! I will be happy to help you if you can send me more information!

I live in Yorba Linda, 92886, and I have been a full time Realtor in Yorba Linda for many, many years!
