You might want to talk to an attorney and see if you have any legal right to have the roof fixed for you. It was damage from before you moved in. Because you already bought the house, you may have some issues. You might have to start looking into some companies that can repair your roof. Good luck with everything.
Not only do I live in Royal Lakes community, but my step son actually works at the Royal Lakes golf course. The course and clubhouse are wonderful. They tend to have live music on Friday evenings for a fun social at the clubhouse pub and restaurant. There are two dining areas; one is more pub casual, while the other offers a fantastic more upscale menu and dining experience with amazing views of the lake and course itself. I also have a 12 year old son who has plenty of children to play with! If you have any other questions at all, please let me know. I may also be able to guide you to view some additional homes within the community that are not yet on the market!
I look forward to your reply.

It is still listed as a Short Sale in MLS, but only because the Listing Agent has not yet withdrawn it. It was foreclosed on the first Tuesday in November, when the bank bought it in on the courthouse steps, and will eventually be listed by them as a foreclosure. No telling when, as the banks have been (and continue to) hold a lot of foreclosed properties off the market.
If you would like to discuss the process and possibilities further drop me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call me on 770-967-3352. I had been keeping an eye on this property anyway and will be pleased to share any knowledge I have with you. Looks like a good house and was a great price, but being a Short Sale would have put a lot of Buyers off. Hence, it did not sell.
no it is not. it is the buyers responsibility to purchase it. AND it can be included in the closing costs paid by the seller if there is sufficient funds. In some states the title people are the ones that close the transactions but not in Georgia.
Go on to the county's tax commissioners website and search for tax records/tax bill by address. If that doen't work then give send me an email with the name of the subdivision and I will look it up on the GA real estate deed index.... more
