search google for matches that correspond to palmdale mortgage
Hi Marcos,
Ask your friends and family if they were happy with their lender (if applicable). That's always the best way to go. Then start with your bank. Ask questions, interview and ask about fees, hidden fees and junk. Be sure that the lender you choose has your financial needs in mind and not attempting to pay their bills off of your transaction.
Look for lenders who call you back and most importantly answer your questions DIRECTLY. If you find yourself wondering whether or not they answered your questions, maybe its time to choose another.
Hope this helps.

I agree with Candy. I am affiliated with one of the direct lenders mentioned, MMC (Mortgage Management Consultants). I have been a mortgage consultant for 10-years, teach Real Estate Finance at Antelope Valley College and pride myself on my ability to answer questions, educate my clients, and provide honest and ethical transactions. Feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions and to find out more about loan programs, etc. I can be reached via email at chris@mmclending.com or directly (661)949-2002 or (661)478-5826. Good luck!
You want to find a direct lender. Or you can go to http://www.Gavar.org and look at the vendor roster to see if there is a lender there you can use. We have Bank of America Home Loans, Prospect Mortgage, PRMG, Wells Fargo and MMC to name a few. Make sure to get 3 quotes.
