Yesterday, the bill passed the house and the senate, the president is expected to sign the bill into law - SOON. I believe that the programs will be in place through 9/30, but since it's not final, I am not certain.

Good news, however, there are still other options - like grants based on your job, income level, etc. and there is an FHA VHDA plus loan which can still get you in no money down. The best person to answer that question is a lender. If you need a good one let me know! However with the new FHA loan amounts, it looks as if those programs will soon be a thing of the past.
