Per $100,000 valuation, the difference is approximately $250 per year to live in the city limits of Fernandina vs the county of Nassau.

The millage rate for Fernandina Beach is 17.3985 and the Unincorporated County rate is 14.8064. If you go to http://www.nassauflpa.com/ you will find a tab on the left side to "estimate taxes". Please let me know if you have additional questions.

The millage rate for Fernandina Beach is 17.3985 and for Nassau County 14.8064. A good website to reference is http://www.nassauflpa.com (the Nassau County Tax Appraiser's website) and then click on the estimate taxes button and it will give you a tax estimation based on location and price.
