what is the approx value of a fixer upper on cattletack that is backed up to the park has 3 bdrooms and 2?
2baths and 3 bedrooms has land scape and fenced back yard. Needs work in the bathrooms and walls

Value has to due with lost of factors. If the home is on Cattle track it is most likely a manufactured home. Age, condition, square footage of livable space, garages, lot size along with many other factors will need to be used in determining a value. In this market as well as any other the value depends on what the Buyer is willing to pay.
