what is better a fha loan or a pfha loan?

FIRST ANSWER
phfa has much better terms and rates but are harder to obtain.
If you can qualify for a PHFA I would say go for it. Look for a local lender in your area that does these right. If you dont know how to do these it can be very frustrating!
