Jessica's answer is another reason it would be wise to contact Janis Arendsen first. She's not a lender but provides some of the tricky services that need to be factored into most MH resident owned loans. She's only interested in making sure you don't get information from a lender who has limited experience in MH's. http://www.mh-processing.com

If it fits the FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA guidelines which are online for the world to see then I can do it. I'm doing a tricky Doublewide now via CMG.

Call Peter with AFR Mortgage, these can be very tricky! I have one now that took over a year with the wrong lender. The right lender makes all the difference in the world! http://Www.afrmortgage.com

I need more information to answer your question. Rather than post the address of the property on the internet for all to see, give me a call and we can discuss. Dee Oliver - Miramar Internationl - 661-747-7763.
