Hello Sally,

Why are you having issues finding a lender? Is there something in particular about your situation that is preventing you from getting a 203k loan? I have lots of repeat clients in the Langhorne and could provide you with a several references from business owners in town and yes I do have experience in 203 k loans and several lenders to choose from. Please go to our website below and we have a detailed explanation of what you can and cannot do with a 203k loan. If you are interested in talking about your situation I'd be happy to help you.

Hi Sally. I'd be glad to assist you. I'm very experienced in doing 203(k) loans. We do all of our 203(k) loans in house as opposed to other lenders who broker them out.

Feel free to call on me anytime at 609-206-1973. Thank you and I look forward to working with you.
