Kim,

I have not heard anything as far as any special home programs. Are you looking to buy a home? If you are depending on the finanacial situation you are in there are still some good loan programs out there. The USDA offers a 100 percent financing program that allows you to buy a home in rural areas. There are some conditions and you personal finances are going to be a determining factor.
