I was never upset. Gee people can we just get along. I am not upset now. I will read everything hwen I get a chance. Do you work for Trulia? So you have a mortgage question? If not you should have no worries about ONE little person who may have made a tiny mistake. I keep logging back on to see real questions, not proposals of what I need to do on my first day on here. Thanks for your input..

Alexandra, You are not following the guidelines. Maybe you should take some time out and read them. Don't get mad about it, just follow the rules and get over yourself.

Wow. God Bless. Maybe you need to creat things to make yourself busy with more practical things. It was now a commercial listing, nor was I attacking you.
You are welcome!

My response wasn't a personal attack, Alexandra. You attacked the part of my comment that was a quote from Trulia's Community Guidelines: "Don't spam or use Trulia for commercial postings or activity"

Personally I think you're using the Q&A section for a commercial posting (not once did I suggest you're spamming) and that's not what the Q&A section is for. However, you are welcome to use your profile, the Agent2Agent and blog sections for that type of posting.

Just trying to help out - you'll get more exposure to your post if it's in the proper section.

You're welcome.

And the question is? At least you have a nice picture.

Well, in my expertise and experience- althouth I appreciate the information but I believe "don't spam" was not the correct terminolgy for you to use. We are all here to help each other, and that is soley what I intend to do. The invite to Trulia was informing me of gaining new business from the blogs, and Q&A's. I am new to this site. I would not call that sapmming in any defination of the word. Geeze. Lighten up Flineo.

I think you posted in the wrong section of the site. From the Community Guidelines:

Don't spam or use Trulia for commercial postings or activity
Trulia Voices purpose is to share knowledge and exchange opinions. You may not post URLs or content for the sole purpose of soliciting business or directing commercial activity to a non-Trulia site. The URLs or content must be relevant and pertain to the question at hand.

The above restrictions apply less strictly in the Agent2Agent and Blogs sections. In the Agent2Agent section, however, real estate professionals may be more open promoting their areas of expertise, to establish relationships with your peers and expand your business.
