need to know what the real actions are from unsecured debt(credit cards) if left unpaid for ever other than

the creditors taking me to court. ive heard they can only cut my credit rate baaaad if thats the case i dont mind . plan on not paying for ayear then going bankrupcy owe more that 60,000. have kids and one income because i need surgery done.

Is your real question, is there light at the end of the tunnel? Consult a bankruptcy attorney for the legal questions. Also consult a financial adviser to see what can be done in your situation.
