Josh, All kinds of PROS are going to come and tell you to go talk to mortgage lenders to find out what you can borrow and then call them because they have just the house for you, plus it's a great time to buy....

I'm going to tell you that if you are in any way serious about making the large financial committment of purchasing property, then you need to become more informed about the process and market..Then come back and see what services the Pros might offer that you may want to use.

You don't need to talk to anyone about a mortgage, you need to learn if buying is even a good idea at this time...
