FIRST ANSWER
Hi Russell - The best bankers I know are Calvin Sue and Shirley Dennis at Private Mortgage Advisors. PMA is a joint venture between Wells Fargo Bank and Alain Pinel Realtors and allows WFB to place loan officers in our APR office. The are not brokers, but mortgage bankers, so they work directly for the lender and can do their own underwriting (i.e., they make the final decision and your application won't get sent off to some committee).
