if a company makes a loan with no intention of repayment is that fraud?

More info needed. Does the company not expect yuou to make a payment? Are they planning on forviving the loan?

I guess I would need more specifics to weigh in on the scenario. If a company is loaning money why would they be repaying their own loan?
