i want to buy a house priced at 35000.00, and i only have 10000.00, i was informed i can not apply for a loan because the loan ammount is under 50000.

why am i ask it to loan more, and why do i have to go for a more expensive house since i dont neeed it, why banks do this to pupils who just dont want to buy houses with killing payments?

Most major wholsesalers will not touch a loan under $45,000. Call your local bank, they will me more willing to process a loan for a lower loan amount.

Same issue here... My Bank does not do mortgages neither does my credit union, might have to go talk to the mob or something to get something going,....

Talk to a bank regarding this issue and also talk to your accountant (or tax person) regarding the interest payments. They both could apply differently when you are getting a personal loan.

Yes there is an issue get a home loan under $50,000. You can go through your bank for a personal loan which you can try that..
