There are lots of qualified lenders here. Talk to a few and make a decision. Besides low rates, look for someone easy to reach.
Mortgage brokers typically send your loan out to mortgage companies they are signed up with. Direct lenders keep the loan in house. Generally, direct lenders have more control and can close quicker.
