Hello,

Your best bet is to research your opportunities for owner financing because very few lenders will finance condotels. Also consider your reasons for owning a condotel versus a single family home. Are you planning on renting it out when you are not using it? Definitely talk with a local REALTOR to discuss your options and to make your househunting easier.

What is the name of the condotel? There are strict rules for financing these since many are not :"residents".
Is this an investment property or for a primary residence?
