i have bad credit and only the land to work with need to get a home on the land by winter i am camping and my kids stay with my parents till i can get a house because my son is handicap he needs this home as much as my husband (disabled veteran) an daughter and my husband has a va home lone but the 4.8 is only worth 8.800 and i don't know what to do i am a first time owner and i am lost i don't want to camp all winter and disability don't do much ...
