If you want to purchase the home using FHA financing you will have to wait 2 years from the time you filed.

You also need to reestablish two lines of credit.

Looks like your question was cut off but it sounds like you are asking if you could buy the subject property with a discharged bankruptcy.

You're probably better off consulting with a tax or bankruptcy professional. Lenders may be unwilling to fund a loan for someone in your case but to be sure try to get pre-approved for a loan and see what happens. A quick phone call to a bank should give you your answer.
