The posts below are very true.
We would need a few questions answered to give you an accurate number.
Also remember that when the lender calculates the payment they will include:
Taxes, Home Owners Insurance, any association fees as well as monthly PMI.

Jose, @Ron is totally correct. Any numbers posted here would be the equivalent of pulling a bunny out a hat! Credit scores, location, type of property, loan to value, escrows waived or impounded???? And, more. Just Google mortgage calculators and you will be able to play with some numbers. Best to you!

There are a bunch of Mortgage Calculators out there, just Google; MORTGAGE CALCULATOR.
