how much rate for a home finance will I get for a credit rating of 651?

I think your best bet would be to go with a FHA product. You are not penalized for your credit score which you would be going conventionally. The current 30 year fixed rate for FHA is 4.75% with no points. There no negatives to this program. The minimum down is 3.5% and closing costs can be assumed within your purchase. I always believe on leaving yourself with a financial cushion. Please call if you have any further questions.

It depends how much of a down payment you have. FHA gives a better rate, but may not be the best option if you are putting a sizable chunk of money as a down payment.
