You need to speak to a mortgage consultant. He can pre- qualify you within minutes. You can begin the application process so when you find a home you'll be ahead of the game and will be able to close faster. Sellers really like that.
Should you need a good loan officer please free to email me and I'd be happy to share some numbers with you. Email: sharonandkaren@kw.com
I look forward to hearing from you.

It can take you between a couple hours and 3 days to get pre-approved, depending on the lender.
A mortgage lender can review and discuss your current financials to see how much of a loan you qualify for. Any chance you do not qualify, the lender can advise you on the steps to take to improve your credit to get you to the point you need to be in order to qualify. Important factors like your debt to income ratio, credit scores and reports, and current income are considered.

Weichert Realtors offers a one-stop shop experience for prospective buyers like yourself, where you
can contact one of their in-house mortgage professionals then pair with a Realtor to help find your perfect home.

I have an excellent mortgage partner, Jeremy Knapp of Annie Mac Home Mortgages. I always recommend my buyers talk to Jeremy because I know for a fact that, if he pre-approves them, they absolutely WILL get the loan, none of this last minute 'oh there's a problem and we can't close' business people are running into so many times these days. Just e-mail me at smacdowell@kw.com and I will be glad to put you in touch. The process hould only take a day or so as long as you do your part. Jeremy is the best I have found, and I've spent a lot of time looking.
