Please keep in mind that even if your mortgage insurance increases, you are required to save at least 5% over your current PI& monthly mortgage insurance payments before you will approved for the new FHA Streamline refinance loan. With rates as low as they are now, you are more than likely to meet that threshold, rather than not.
